Using the Music Studio or Dance Studio

The studios are available for lending to teenagers for use by their bands and dance groups.

How to register to use the studios

Please attend a registration briefing session given on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Fridays of every month.
Briefing time: starts 18:00 (lasting about 1 hour)

Reservations are required to attend the registration briefing session.
We accept reservations from 1 week before the briefing date.
Please be sure that all members who will use the studio attend the briefing session.
Please bring your ID to confirm your school and address.

How to reserve the studios

You can make a reservation directly by visiting the Hall or by telephone.
You can make a reservation for the following month on the 25th of every month. (Up to 1 month in advance.)
1 time slot: 1.5 hr (including preparation and tidy-up time)
One group can reserve 1 time slot only per day, up to 3 time slots per week.
Note: You can use unreserved time slots freely without limitation.

How to use the studio on the day of your reservation

After completing your card scan-in procedure when arriving at the Hall, please fill out the studio user form before entering the studio.
Please start tidying up the studio 10 minutes before the end of your time slot, and fill out the studio check sheet with the staff member 5 minutes before your time slot ends.
Note: Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the studios.

How to cancel your studio reservation

If you need to cancel, please contact us by phone or by visiting the Hall in person before the day of your reservation.

Studio reservations are not available on the following days and times.
Music Studio
First, 3rd and 5th Fridays of every month from 17:00 to 20:00
Dance Studio
First and 3rd Fridays of every month from 15:30 to 18:30
